Before you decide.

Is this just personal training?
No. Personal training addresses what you do in the gym. RNE³ addresses why you stop going, what patterns are driving that, and how to become someone for whom consistency is structural — not effortful. Fitness is one part of a three-phase system that also covers nutrition, behaviour, habit engineering, and identity.
How is this different from online coaching?
Most programmes give you a plan and expect you to execute it. RNE³ starts with a diagnostic — the 9 Drivers Assessment — to understand exactly where your system is failing before we build anything. Everything that follows is built around your specific constraint, not a template.
How long does it take?
The three phases unfold progressively and are paced around your readiness — not a rigid timeline. Most clients complete the full system over 3–6 months. The goal is not to keep you in coaching indefinitely. It's to build the system and identity so you no longer need it.
What happens after the assessment?
You'll receive a detailed diagnostic — your overall score, primary constraint, root cause insight, and a recommended first action. If you apply for Coaching Transformation, we review your application and, if there's a fit, schedule an initial conversation before anything is decided.
